With each other. For each other.

This crisis-ridden year has shown what Christmas can really stand for: For togetherness, being there for each other, sharing and sticking together.

During Advent, we would like to focus our attention on a specific group. Because among crises that affect all of us, we forget the burdens and problems of younger people, which have increased significantly in recent years.

That is why we have decided to support the “Café Unplugged” in Mainz this Christmas. Café Unplugged is a contact point for people between the ages of 16 and 27 who are looking for help and support of any kind and find it there. Every day, the social workers here encounter many young people and their challenges. For us, it may have been a day like any other in the week. For the youth, such a daily encounter at Café Unplugged can make a big difference.

In the space of the counseling café, we were able to see the immense value of accompanying young people in their own times of crisis. Day after day. We are all the more pleased that Café Unplugged can use our support to further expand their facility. In addition, there were of course some snacks and treats for everyone at the café.

If you have the opportunity, please have a look at Café Unplugged online:

We wish you a precious and contemplative Christmas season, relaxing holidays and a confident start into the new year.
