Four Parx Mach 2 – an innovative space concept for more sustainability in the field of logistics real estate.

Space is a scarce commodity – especially in urban areas. With a modern approach, Four Parx’s Mach 2 construction project combines first-class efficiency with sustainability. The state-of-the-art facility uses the brownfield approach to make the best use of scarce space while conserving resources. The solution here lies in the architecture itself. Four Parx – Mach 2 is the first double-storey commercial and logistics property of its kind in German-speaking countries and the second warehouse in Europe to withstand the static challenges of a double-storey construction. This creates more space on less area in an urban environment. A win-win situation for everyone.

For us, the challenge was to effectively bring out the multitude of innovative aspects in the conception of the script and the corresponding visualisation in post-production. The solution lay in elaborate motion graphics that enriched the film’s content and attractively staged the technical features.
